This brand was truly built from the ground up. Kay of Houseplant Hippie approached me in the Fall of 2020 with only her business name and some core values for her plant consultation business. From there, we spent a few months defining her brand strategy to best reach her target audience, designing her brand suite, shooting all imagery featured, and eventually launching her new website where people can learn more about her plant truck and services.
The main goals of this project were to develop the brand's identity, both visually and verbally, and to imagine and build a digital space to mesh all the moving parts of this brand.
Since launching her website, Houseplant Hippie founder Kay received multiple inquiries for booking her mobile plant truck, a huge component of her brand and a main reason for needing a strong website to allow users to track the truck and find it. The website serves to educate prospective clients and inform them of where they can find the mobile plant truck.
Beyond the clear success through bookings, she's also been featured in a local magazine and grew her Instagram presence from under 500 to over 2K in six months.
